1) Eligibility

• Open to residents of Egypt aged 18+ with a valid government ID (Egyptian National ID, passport, or driver’s license).
• You must have a valid Instagram account at the time of entry and winner verification.
• Employees, contractors, and their immediate families of the Organizer are not eligible.

2) How to Enter

• Submit the contest form on our website with your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Instagram handle.
• One entry per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.

3) Instagram Account Requirement

• Your Instagram account must be active and in good standing (i.e., not banned, impersonating, or primarily used for spam).
• Your Instagram profile name must reasonably match your legal First and Last Name.We allow common variations, transliterations, and typical abbreviations (e.g., Mohamed/Muhammad/Mohammad; Ahmed/Ahmad), but we may ask for additional proof if unclear.

4) Winner Selection & Verification

• Winners are selected at random or as otherwise described in the campaign announcement.
• The First Name and Last Name you submit will be the sole fields used to identify the winning customer.
• To claim a prize, the winner must present a valid government ID that matches the submitted First and Last Name.
• We will also verify that the Instagram handle provided belongs to the same person (profile name must reasonably match the ID name).
• If name matching fails, the Instagram account is invalid, or identity cannot be verified within the stated time (typically 7 days), we may select an alternate winner.

5) Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify entries for:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Using multiple identities or accounts to enter.
• Any attempt to interfere with, manipulate, or abuse the entry process.

6) Prizes

• Prizes are as described in the campaign announcement and are non-transferable, with no cash alternative unless required by law.
• We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7) Privacy

• By entering, you agree we may use your submitted details (name, Instagram handle, contact info) to administer the contest, verify eligibility, and contact winners.
• Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy available on our website.

8) Publicity

• By accepting a prize, you grant us permission to announce your first name, last initial, and (where reasonable) your Instagram handle for winner announcements and marketing, unless you object in writing where permitted by law.

9) Instagram Disclaimer

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
• You release Instagram from any responsibility related to this contest.

10) Liability

• We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical issues that may affect participation.
• Our total liability to any participant is limited to the value of the prize awarded to that participant (if any), to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11) Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

12) Changes & Cancellation

• We may update, suspend, or cancel the contest or these Terms if necessary (e.g., fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control). Any changes will be posted on this page.
